Identity verification data: legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, government-issued photo ID, and in some cases bank statements and source of funds — collected and processed by Bridge on behalf of Parsek for KYC/AML compliance

Device information: device model, operating system, app version, build number
Location data: timezone and locale inferred from your device settings
Usage data: transaction history, feature interactions, app activity logs

Bridge: identity verification results, KYC status, transaction data, and compliance flags
Privy: wallet creation status and embedded wallet metadata (Privy does not share your private keys or wallet assets with us)
Alchemy: on-chain transaction activity associated with your wallet address

Provide and operate the Services, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Facilitate identity verification and KYC/AML compliance via Bridge
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity

Improve and develop the Services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

When you access Bridge services through Parsek, your information becomes subject to Bridge's Privacy Policy. Bridge is an independent data controller for information it collects directly. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will retain information as required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and financial recordkeeping requirements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls based on business need, and employee security training. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

International transfers: Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards. Bridge Building Sp. Z.o.o. (Warsaw, Poland) acts as data controller for EEA users' data processed by Bridge.
